Pass the sugar, doll!
Drum roll please. As the recent recipient of the Tish-Tish-Tish you shouldn’t have Sugar Doll Award, I now have the honor of passing it along (better than a chain letter, no?) and… I’d like to pass the lovely bubble-gum pink designation to three very different writers:
And do be sure to stop by Tish-Tish-Tish’s wonderful blog for some Yule time Euro-Fabulosity. France is spectacularly beautiful and romantic in December (despite the cold), and I’m sure she’ll have some stylish wit avec fashion whimsy in store for us.
As I understand it, the Sugar Doll is bestowed for delightful and thought-provoking writing. So pat yourselves on the backs, Ladies, and enjoy the honor and the little exercise that comes along with it.
Dust off the dancing shoes, take the ballgowns out of mothballs, search for your tiaras, and start your lists of Ten Things We Don’t Know About You, because, after all, there’s nothing better than a little mirth, mystery, and magic in our getting-to-know-you’s.
Then post – let us know when you do – and then you need to find one or more other writers to share the pleasure of receiving the Sugar Doll Award.
As for Jen and Sarah at Momalom – I thought they’d have their hands full with the upcoming (hiccup) alcoholic writing frenzy that begins tomorrow. So someone will need to scoop them up and deliver their much-deserved sugar dolls when they’ve come out the other end of next week’s (inevitable) hangover.
Happy writing and congrats to the Dolls!

Flattered, I’m sure. And Christmas is the perfect time for insane amounts of sugar.
I’ll be sure to let you know when I post.
(Dibs on Sarah and Jen. If I had more sisters, they would be it.) (Am I being selfish?)
Thank you, my dear.

Thank you, BLW! What a yummy treat.
I am especially honored to share this sweet distinction with Aidan and Teresa, two of my own favorite bloggers – even if I now have a sugary bone to pick with Goldfish for tapping Sarah and Jen before I had the chance to comment!

I’m thinking Sarah and Jen are off performing their own Vodka in the Volga experiments, American-style. You know, in training.

Thank you so much for this honor! A real treat especially coming from such an exquisite writer. Yay! Now I have some work to do…
